BIOGRAPHY
Sarah Carter was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on October 30th, 1980. Carter was a dedicated dancer
and took part in various school plays including The Wizard of Oz, in which she played Dorothy.
She was also a member of the debate team, which allowed her to travel all over the world.
After graduation she took a year off to see Europe, then joined Ryerson Theatre School in Toronto,
where she was discovered while performing a monologue.
Carter quickly landed her first guest appearance in the series "Wolf Lake" (2001) and
followed that up with a role in "Dark Angel" (2000) as a transgenic feline named Katarina. In 2003 she took a starring role in the WB's
short lived series "Black Sash" which only has 6 episodes to its name.
She can be seen more recently guest starring on "Smallville" (2005) in the role of Alicia Baker.
A role which was cut short by her character's death causing discontent from many Smallville viewers.
She also appears on an episode of Boston Legal in January of 2005.
Making the leap to the big screen, Carter was cast in the psychological thriller Mindstorm (2001) starring Eric Roberts, Michael Ironside and Antonio Sabato Jr.
She can also be seen in Final Destination 2 (2003), the sequel to the hit film Final Destination (2000).
